To respect the time of both our clients and our team, we kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking future appointments.
